João Rodrigues vence a volta a Portugal com 4 ciclistas no top 5 da geral FC Porto

A 81º Volta a Portugal foi ganha por João Rodrigues com 27 segundos de vantagem sobre Jóni Brandão. Recorde-se que a partida ambos os ciclistas tinham o mesmo tempo, algo que nunca aconteceu nesta competição.

Já o terceiro a geral foi Gustavo Veloso que acabou a a 55 segundos do seu companheiro de equipa. O quarto e quinto lugar da geral foi ocupado respectivamente por António Carvalho e Edgar Pinto.

Já a etapa foi ganha também que João Rodrigues que superou o seu companheiro de equipa António Carvalho. Em terceiro ficou Jóni Brandão. De salientar que no top 10 da etapa só não esteve Daniel Mestre que tem uma costela fracturada.
